How To Work Out At Home Without Equipment?
It's a myth that you need to join a gym or spend a fortune on equipment in order to get a good workout. Numerous my28ers have had great success working out in the convenience of their own homes with little to no equipment.
I'm a big proponent of exercising at home because, let's face it, it's not always simple to find time to visit the gym. Actually, finding your way to the gym can be challenging and downright stressful. The difficulties begin as soon as you try to find class times that work with your schedule. Next, you must navigate the traffic, and hopefully find a parking spot close to your gym. When you know what to do (and how easy it can be), you can get fit whenever and wherever you want. Home workouts take away all the stress.
The most common reason people give for not exercising, a lack of time, is eliminated by working out at home.

How to substitute common objects for gym equipment
Yes! You don't need to invest in pricey home exercise gear. By substituting common household items for equipment you would typically find in a gym in your workout, you can get stronger, fitter, and leaner at home.
You may use the following everyday objects for hand weights to provide a reduced resistance:
The baked beans can
a coconut cream can
